Pumpkin pie protein shake

I wanted to share my latest post workout obsession. It is fast, easy, healthy and delicious! There’s not much to say other than you just have to try this. I know that everything is pumpkin spice right now but I could seriously drink this all year long and never get sick of it. I love that it’s an easy way to get a serving of vegetables and that it adds some variety to the boring protein shake. Also, it doesn’t make a mess. I love that I don’t have to use my blender. It is also a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without the sugar and guilt.

Here is a picture of what I usually use when I make it.

This is what I use

I will give you the basic recipe but you can get fancy and doctor it up or add in your supplements too.
